Can Eau de Marie face cream be used on reactive skin?

Yes. Our cream can be used for any skin type, even the most reactive. L'ESSENTIEL facial cream has been dermatologically tested on reactive skin and has demonstrated very good skin compatibility. Several customers with reactive skin have also tested our cream and recommend it.

Can I use both serums at the same time?

Yes, but it is not justified. Either serum alone fulfills its purpose of nourishing the skin, whether for day or night. L'ÉTÉ Sérum is particularly interesting for days with sun exposure, providing extra protection against sun exposure, and great for prolonging your tan.

Preciso enxaguar a face após o usar o óleo facial de limpeza?

Não. Após remover toda a sujidade ou maquilhagem com o disco de algodão e com o óleo e limpeza não precisa enxaguar. A sua limpeza está feita.

What payment methods are available?

What are the Shipping costs?

We know how important it is for you to receive your order on the scheduled date. We work in partnership with transport companies that we believe provide a fast, safe and high quality service.

Can I return a product?

Yes. You can return them within 14 calendar days after receipt. There are two reasons to do this:

  • If your return is justified by the existence of a defect or non-conformity with the products ordered, Eau de Marie Natural Skincare will cover the shipping and return costs;
  • If your return was made for reasons other than the justified existence of a defect or non-conformity of the ordered products, Eau de Marie Natural Skincare will not reimburse shipping costs. We will email you a shipping note that must accompany the order. Return costs are €4.5 to cover shipping costs, which will be debited from the value of the order to be returned. Opened and used products will not be accepted for return.

Do you have a complaints book?

Yes of course! But we believe you won't need it.

Are there entities that you can turn to to resolve a dispute (RAL)?

Yes, alternative dispute resolution is the possibility that all consumers have at their disposal to appeal to official entities that help them in resolving or guiding a conflict.

Customers who are defined as consumers by Law 144/2015 and who have signed purchase and sale and/or service provision contracts have the right to turn to official entities that help them in resolving any conflict concerning such contracts, without prejudice to recourse to the Judicial Courts. The updated list of Alternative Dispute Resolution entities available under article 17 of Law no. 144/2015, of 8 September, is listed on the Consumer Portal, accessible via the website www.consumidor.pt . For more information, you can also consult Law 144/2015. We further inform you that, to resolve disputes arising from online purchases, you can use a resolution system, called “ODR Platform - Online Dispute Resolution/ RLL”, created by the EU.
